An example scenario:

New task appears for developer: “change image ~X~ on page ~Z~. You can find the new image here: ~path to the image~”

To dos for our new colleague:
1. check if the task contains all the details and it is clear what has to be done:
=> check if the old image, which has to be changed, is on the URL provided
=> check if the new image file is at the indicated path and can be downloaded
=> check if the new image is big enough (width x height in px) to be added to the given position and has the same proportions – e.g. if the old image was landscape, the new has to be the landscapte, too

2. ask for clarifications or new details in case something is not right at step 1

3. when everything is OK with the task and after the developer confirmed the image was changed, check:
=> if the right image was changed on the right page
=> and if the uploaded image was optimised according to our standards.

4. if everything was right, let the task creator team know that the task is ready. If the developer missed something, let him/her know and wait for the confirmation that the problem is fixed. Then go back to step 3
