Quality Control Associate:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our real estate transactions team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to real estate transactions processed by our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, with at least two years of experience specifically in document review and quality assurance within a real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Review and Verification:
Thoroughly review and verify all documentation submitted for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies in information provided.
Quality Assurance Checks:
Conduct quality checks on data entry and information inputted into our systems.
Verify dates, financial figures, legal descriptions, and other critical details.
Perform reconciliation between documentation and system entries to maintain data integrity.
Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with real estate brokers, sales agents, and internal teams to clarify information and resolve discrepancies.
Provide feedback and guidance to ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
Process Improvement:
Recommend improvements to streamline document handling and quality control processes.
Participate in testing new software or systems related to document management and data entry.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of all reviewed documents and quality assurance activities.
Generate reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement or commendation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in a quality control or document review role within the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of real estate transaction documentation, including contracts, deeds, titles, and closing statements.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using document management systems and databases.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.

Minimum 1 year as a Quality analyst in a BPO environment
