Quality Control/Editor Specialist (Real Estate Media)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Control/Editor Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the quality of our media content before delivery to clients. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and expertise in photo editing software, particularly Lightroom and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate photo editing and a solid understanding of the nuances of editing for this industry.

Responsibilities:

Perform quality control checks on all media content to ensure it meets our criteria for deliverable media
Collaborate with the lead in-house QC to maintain consistency and high standards across all projects
Utilize Lightroom and Photoshop to edit and enhance photos according to client specifications
Create Matterport and Zillow 3D Home tours to showcase properties effectively
Make revisions to floorplans as requested by clients
Upload media content to our designated platforms, such as HDPH
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects
Requirements:

Extensive experience in Lightroom and Photoshop
Strong background in real estate photo editing preferred
Ability to remove objects from photos effectively using Photoshop
Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from approximately 4pm to 10pm
