Quality Control Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality photos and videos for our real estate listings. This is a remote position with late night availability required to align with US West Coast (Pacific) time.

Responsibilities:
Review and edit all photos accordingly
– Remove flags and markings in grass on front images
– Remove people from all aerial images
– Add “Home” marker over home in aerials
– Always keep copy of un-marked/doctored images for reference
– Organize property folder into respective client folder in Dropbox
– Smooth out ground markings for front and back images: wet/dark spots
– Lighten shadowed front images if necessary to brighten/pop front door
– Black out TV’s inside home to remove reflections
– Remove pets from images if necessary
– Make any requested adjustments by clients
– Remove for sale signs and posts if necessary from front images

Build Matterport 3D Tours
– Build out the tour section on Matterport tours
– Set to “walkthrough”
– Include front 360 at beginning of the tour
– Include back 360 at end of tour
– Confirm & update address accordingly
– Share “Unlisted” in Aryeo under respective listing

Video Tours
– Clip any unnecessary or unnecessary video sections
– Do not clip audio
– Add titles and branding to videos (provided)
– Make color/lighting adjustments necessary to individual sections of video
– Export at pre determined settings to ensure high resolution video

Requirements:

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with experience in object removal, image straightening, and basic color correction
Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Experience with data entry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Reliable internet connection
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proven management skills or potential to develop leadership abilities
