We need 8-10 agents by or before the end of the month. We hire fast. We are a small family business with big career potential. Every team member counts. Attention to detail and being a fast and efficient learner is vital to this position. This is intended to be a PERMANENT assignment.

Keystone Tax Solutions is Tax software company that provides professional software to American tax preparers. We offer many services to satisfy our clients needs. Our clients depend on us for their businesses to run successfully. We provide 24 hour and year-round customer/tech support for our clients.
We are looking for applicants who want to grow with us. We want someone confident and stable enough to start with minimum compensation, which we will increase as you prove yourself and contribute to our company. Our starting salary for the hours required is $300 per month during the training period which will last until December. We will then increase pay for those who last through the training period and into our peak season. Within 6-12 months or less, we will increase your salary depending on your performance including bonuses and incentives if you last long enough.

You will have to answer to 2-4 managers, one based in the Philippines and the others all based United States. For this position you will have to learn about the American tax system and how to audit and check tax returns of American tax payers. You will be auditing these returns to look for errors, accuracy, and any fraudulent activity within these tax returns. It is imperative that you pay extremely close attention to detail for this role.
Things We Are looking For In A Candidate:

1. At the very minimum to start, you will need a computer, fast postpaid internet, and a headset. Applicants with an additional computer monitor and/ or a Smartphone will be considered first, pictures of your setup will be required.
2. You must be good to very good in writing, comprehending, and speaking English. Our clients are accustomed to speaking to Americans via phone and email and this will be vital depending on your position in order to close deals and help client with tech support via phone and email.
3. Must BE ABLE TO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL!! This job is not hard but there is a lot you have to learn and learn quickly, or we cannot keep you.
4. You will need to be available during the hours of 8 am to 9 pm, Monday thru Sunday, Central Standard Time during peak season which is November, December, January, February, and March. An hour break is allowed. We are not saying you will have to work all these hours and days just be available if needed for rotating schedule during peak season.

5. You will typically use 4-5 browser tabs daily, Infusionsoft CRM(if you are familiar and proficient in this CRM platform, this is a plus and we will test your skills), Our tax software and bank portal platforms, Vonage to receive and make support and sales, Teamworks to receive and respond to emails, and Skype for real-time instant messaging with the United States team as you learn on the job.
You must be a fast learner, learn well under pressure, and have thick skin.
6. We would love someone with BPO experience with other medium to large American companies. We want someone who can also make suggestions to us to get better and bring experiences from other companies to make us better and your job easier. We need self starters that can work on their own without much supervision.

We are looking for applicants who want to grow with us. We are casting a wide net by hiring 5 times more people than we need, at the end of 30 days we will keep 6-8. We want someone confident and stable enough to start with minimum compensation, which we will increase monthly as you prove yourself and contribute to driving revenue. Within 6 months or less, we will increase your salary monthly including bonuses and incentives if you last long enough.

E. If you have your own internet, is it prepaid or postpaid?

F. Does your internet “minutes” have to be refilled during the month?

G. Are you available Monday thru Sunday from 8 am to 9 pm, Central Standard Time American Time? If not what is your availability.

H. Are you interested in a long term position where compensation starts low and increases every month as you learn and performance improves?

I. Are you confident enough to compete against others for a permanent position in the first month?

J. On a scale of 1-10, how quiet is your work area (some noise is fine as we know kids may be present during COVID, just be honest)? 1 being noisy, 10 being completely silent? But for the integrity of our clients, we prefer it to be as quiet as possible during sales and support calls.

K. If given a typing test how many words per minute can you type?

L. We use remote worker software to monitor task and progress, do you clearly understand?

M. Are you good under pressure? Able to get rude Customers off the phone quickly?

N. Are you able to multitask? For instance, chatting via live chat with one customer while talking on the phone to another?
O. How good are you at excel spreadsheets scale 1-10( 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest)
P. How good are you at learning different systems such as CRM systems scale 1-10 (1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest)
Q. What is your experience working in Sales?

S. What is most of your past work experience in and what are your strongest skill set working?
