SUMMARY
A Quality Control Specialist fulfills various duties and responsibilities while working closely with team members across a variety of departments to create beautiful listing media. A QC will sort through photos, check the quality of video, and send clients various other items for their projects such as 3D tours, floor plans, drone photos & videos, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Updating projects in
Download photos, sort through them & make edits
Use checklists & resources to assess the quality of videos, drone, 3D Tours, and floor plans
Compare client notes to projects
Deliver completed projects to client
Communicate with team members
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Attention to detail – little details are at the core of this role so being detail-oriented is extremely important
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving & decision making skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with the Adobe suite (photoshop, lightroom, etc.) and proven experience with these programs
Proficient with Google Workspace and other word processing software
Reliable internet to be able to work daily without interruption
WORK HOURS
This is an hourly position. The workday will begin at 6AM MST and will be finished once the projects are complete for that day. On average, this will take 6-8 hours per day.
Candidates who are able to work weekends are preferred. Weekends have less of a workload and are closer to 4 hour days.
Work hours are dependent on the needs of the business and the completion of projects. Some days may require more than 8 hours with overtime opportunities.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years in administrative assistance or similar role is required
Experience with the adobe software suite is required
