Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing sales reps to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Train Chatters with live feedback from our training systems
Manage and grow key accounts, and ensuring their satisfaction posting on stories, sending out Mass Messages and un-sending managing our lists structure.
Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing.
Train and mentor the sales reps, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chatter, or preferably in a similar industry.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with chatters and answer the phone to senior management and call up chatters
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Ownership of a Laptop or a Stationary PC.
– Stable internet connection.
– High-Level verbal and written English communication skills. Effective communication skills are a must-have for this role, as you will be working closely with our team, customers, and clients. This position requires collaborative efforts, and the ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved is critical.
– We are seeking candidates who are available to fully commit to our agency and therefore do not have a second job or are currently enrolled as a student. We require our team members to attend work consistently and maintain a strong attendance record ideally you wont miss a beat picking up the phone and answering it to senior management like wise if your have to call chatters on messenger you do so also.
– The ideal candidate for this position must possess a strong understanding of social skills and know-how to interact with people effectively. Demonstrating the ability to engage with individuals from various backgrounds and build rapport is a key requirement for this role. In addition to the above requirements, the successful candidate should be open to receiving constructive feedback, willing to learn, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. This role will involve experimentation and continuous improvement of both personal skills and agency systems. The ability to receive criticism positively and implement suggested improvements is essential for success in this position.
