The QuickBooks Bookkeeper will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. Skills & Qualifications
– 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting
– High-level proficiency using QuickBooks
– Strong attention to detail, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Takes pride in your work
– Extremely reliable and punctual
– Familiarity with US tax laws and financial regulations
– College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities
– Record day-to-day financial transactions
– Reconcile bank statements
– Prepare customized financial reports
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations
– Analyze data and report to management
– Inventory management and account balancing

– $4.00-$5.00/hr starting based on experience + 13th month
