Position Overview:
As a Full-Time QuickBooks Bookkeeper – Multi-Client Management Specialist, you will be an integral part of our accounting team, responsible for handling the financial records and transactions for multiple clients concurrently. Your primary focus will be to ensure the accurate and timely management of their financial data using QuickBooks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively juggle multiple client accounts without compromising quality or efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients using QuickBooks software.
Record financial transactions, including sales, expenses, invoices, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions for various client accounts.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations.
Assist with tax-related activities and provide accurate data for tax filings.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure seamless coordination and smooth operations.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a QuickBooks Bookkeeper, preferably handling multiple client accounts.
-Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices.
– QuickBooks Pro Advisor Certification
-Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
-Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data entry.
-Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to identify and resolve issues independently.
-Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. (English Proficiency)
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
