We are looking for a candidate with Payroll Management and Bookkeeping experience with hands-on QuickBooks experience, preferably with a Quickbooks certification. You must be self-sufficient, hardworking, and a go-getter. This requires the ability to learn quickly and work well with others. The right candidate will have the potential to grow into a bigger role. The work schedule will be Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM US Pacific Time Zone (UTC -8:00).
Main responsibilities include:
– Pull attendance records from the ERP system.
– Review of the reported hours from the ERP system to ensure accuracy
– Validate Overtime calculations and other hours
– Verify benefits and deductions
– Process payroll information in the Payroll system.
– Perform Bookkeeping related tasks
– Entering/maintaining vendor invoices
– Maintain customer invoices and monitor timely payments
– Maintain CEO’s calendar/ schedule
– Communicate with current customers and perform “Quality Checks.”
The successful candidate must be:

– Detail-oriented and organized
The successful candidate must have:
– 3-5 years of Payroll/Bookkeeping experience
– 2 or more years of experience with QuickBooks
– Excellent organizational skills
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Prior experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems.
– Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
– A Private and Quiet Workspace
– Late Model Computer with Dual Monitors
– Reliable Internet
