Are you a meticulous and highly skilled QuickBooks expert? Do you have a passion for real estate and possess exceptional attention to detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a QuickBooks Expert (Real Estate Clean-up Specialist) to join our team and provide comprehensive financial clean-up services for multiple real estate companies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and accurate clean-up of financial records for multiple real estate companies using QuickBooks.
• Review and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
• Ensure accurate categorization of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in financial data.
• Create and maintain a standardized chart of accounts for each real estate company.
• Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and implement best practices for financial management.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with QuickBooks, with a proven track record in financial clean-up and reconciliation.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate accounting principles and practices.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with multiple real estate companies or clients.
• Accounting or finance degree/certification.
