1. QUICKBOOKS SPECIALIST

Job Description:
As a Quickbooks Specialist you will be responsible for reconciling all accounts as needed using the QuickBooks Online applications. Assist the accounting manager or owner in running and customizing reports that provide business analysis and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and any other information required
Customize reports for the owner. These reports include account balances, profit and loss figures, and transactional reports.
Reconcile bank accounts and perform account analysis on assets and liability accounts. (Note: this duty should be segregated from the employee who receives the checks and goes to the bank.)
Prepare 1099s for application vendors

Requirements
Solid understanding of the three levels of QuickBooks Online application: Free, Basic, and Plus
Knowledge of business and accounting terms: profit, ROI, assets, liabilities, etc
Excellent knowledge of computers and the Internet
Ability and knack for working with numerical data
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Job Description:
As a Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and designing online courses that inspire and empower our learners. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the educational content on our platform and make a meaningful impact on the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course outlines and learning objectives.
Create engaging course content, including video lectures, quizzes, assignments, and supplementary materials.
Ensure that course materials are well-structured, informative, and aligned with learning objectives.
Continuously update and improve course content based on learner feedback and industry trends.
Work closely with the content team to maintain course quality standards.
Provide support and guidance to learners as needed.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Canva required
Strong background in the subject area you wish to teach.
Experience in online course creation or instructional design is a plus.

3. CREDIT REPAIR SPECIALIST
Job Description:

The credit report specialist will see what’s affecting the client’s credit, as well as any debts the client may have. This may also involve calling debt collectors and credit card companies to help negotiate solutions on behalf of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Familiar with online software tools tailored for credit repair
Craft dispute letters based on detailed analysis of credit reports from all three major consumer reporting agencies
Remove credit discrepancies via Credit sweep method, Consumer Law Method, FRCA and other methods
Meticulous review of credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
Facilitate the removal of: late payments, collections, charge-offs, bankruptcies and discrepancies.
Customize strategies for each client to ensure a targeted and effective resolution
