Quotation Agent

We are looking for a long-term A-player Quotation Agent for our rapidly growing company.

We are in a middleman position business where we deal with clients and suppliers on daily basis.
Finance is an important aspect of a middleman business. To keep everything running smoothly, the payment process must run smoothly and intervene when necessary. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analyses also play a role in providing a structured overview of a healthy business.

What does the job consist of:
Keeps track of entire communication history regarding Products
To make certain that all quotation sheets are up to date.
To ensure that the prices in the order list app are up to date.
To generate quotes with agreed-upon margins.
Double-check files/invoices produced by the supplier.
Ensure that all prices and profits in the dashboard and order list app are correct.
Ensure that all details (product specifications) are provided in the quotation sheet.
Ensure that all variants are available.
Ensure that channels are created for the client’s new store.
Checking the quality of each product during quotation.
Respond to any related questions with product quotations and product details in a timely manner.

What we are looking for:
– Flexible A-player who is not averse to hard work
– Results-driven, a self-starter with excellent attention to detail
– Good practical experience with office management tools like Google Spreadsheet, Gmail, Excel, Word
– Basic Calculation
– Experience with data entry
– Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (25 hours/week)
-Familiar with Shopify, Slack, Discord, Click Up, and Click to view
-Knows how to prioritize tasks thru great time management skills.

Minimum Requirements:
– Fast, stable internet (at least 25 Mbps- 50 Mbps)
– Ages 20- 40 years old with strong work ethics
– Has a backup plan during internet/power interruption
