What is Raiya Voice?
Raiya Voice is an exciting AI product that calls leads for Ylopo clients!
The Raiya Voice Support Specialist plays a crucial role in managing Raiya Voice submissions, interacting with clients to gather information, configuring Raiya Voice setups, and providing live product support.
The responsibilities include both administrative tasks, such as updating trackers and Salesforce tags, and technical duties, like implementing Raiya Voice and configuring Strypes and CRM settings for clients.
Effective communication skills, including Zoom, calls, texts, and email, are essential for client interaction.
The Raiya Voice Quality Assurance Analyst monitors account setup configurations and performance metrics to ensure overall account health and success on the Raiya Voice product.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an implementations, support, or quality assurance role
Professional manner, Positive demeanor, trustworthy character
Consistent work habits and strong work ethic
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, and work independently toward deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well in a small group setting
Ability to take the initiative and see projects and tasks through to completion
Ability to understand and convey detailed information about the various processes required for different account changes
Understanding of real estate and the real estate profession a plus, but not necessary
Responsibilities:
QA all account setups at the point of go-live and in intervals post-live
Monitor performance metrics for all live Raiya Voice accounts
Flag, research, and triage concerning metrics to identify the root cause and provide proactive solution to client
Support Raiya Voice team with complex troubleshooting
Communicate with clients via zoom video, text, call, and/or email as needed to ensure a positive experience
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Raiya Voice product
Maintain satisfactory standards of training and undertake such training and development as reasonably required by the company
System Requirements:
The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for both main and back-up hardware
Ram should be at least 8 GB with 100 gb Free disk space
A headset with the noise-canceling feature
10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main internet service
strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup internet connection
Shift Schedule: 9AM – 6PM Pacific Standard
Rate: starts at PHP45,000
