Reaching out to homeowners to inquire if they are motivated in selling their homes
Update prospect information in CRM systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Calendar management( Google calendar, calendly, etc)
Expectation of 2-3 appointments per working day
Must have BPO experience (Real Estate experience is a plus)
Must have noise cancellation headset
Stable Internet Connection
Can work 40hrs/week 11am-7pm EST

Great, can you tell me a little bit about the property? Just some basics, like the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, size, and, any updates or improvements… you know, things like that.

Is the property vacant or is it owner or tenant occupied?
Okay, great. Did you have any ideas about what you think the property might be worth and how much you would want for it?
