I need to re-create the software known as TURNO. basically it is a scheduling tool that hooks up to another tool through API – Hospitable. renters book vacation days on AIRBNB or VRBO, those vacation rentals gets logged into hospitable – and then TURNO creates a “cleaning needed” list.
THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE ON
I’m doing this because TURNO fees keep going up and our cleaners cannot afford it. we have a small budget only for this project as it’s not intended to be a software to generate any income or anything like that. just something we would use internally.
TURNO – cleaners sign up for an account – put in their basic information and payment acceptance method. OWNERS can hire cleaners and schedule them for cleaning gigs.
in Turno right now there would be the ability to:
1. owners to create “properties” – so if i have 10 properties that needs cleanings, i would create 10 properties
2. owners can create “cleaning checklist” – each property has its own unique cleaning list, or it can be shared. each property can have more than one cleaning checklist. checklist can “require photo documentation” from cleaner. it can also include a photo for refernece. for example I can tell the cleaner “make sure you put the pillows in this order – see picture”
3. when cleaners clean they check off eahc item as they do them. some tasks on the cleaning list would require a photo.
Sometimes Hospitable would have changes in reservation – a guest might watn to extend their stay or cancel their stay. TURNO must know to update this. for a cancellation it’s smple, just cancel the cleaning gig and notify the cleaner. for a change of reservation it would cancel the existing cleaning gig and immediately create a new one.
ALSO. some cleaners have other agencies and have other cleaners working for them. But the homeowner only deals directly with the agency. I hire LISA, but lisa has Mark, and Joy working for her. I assign tasks to Lisa – she then chooses to clean herself, or she assigns them to Mark or Joy. As a homeowner I wouldn’t need to know who Lisa is assigning the tasks to, however I do receive photos and checklists and notifications when a cleaning gig is completed or not.
