You will regularly create new and update designs based on our UI Kit, current screens, and project specifications; communicate in Trello/Slack and transform your beautiful designs into html/css, screens to help support mission critical projects in our startup ().

As a React Javascript/Front-End Developer with us, you will:
– Master UI/UX development principles to create seamless user experiences.
– Transform concepts into interactive prototypes using tools like Zeplin, ensuring smooth transitions from design to development.
Here are the skills that will come handy:
– Excellent English writing and communication skills. We believe communication is critical.
– How to do proper type definitions
– Document your code
– Understand state management
– Know how to work with an API
– Github Experience
– 4+ years experience with React Javascript
– 4+ years experience as a front-end developer
– Experience adding, managing and organizing designs.
– Ability to break down complex design concepts and interactions into simple, easy-to-use user experiences.
– Must be comfortable with occasional video calls.
– Previous freelance or remote work experience.
– Laravel/PHP experience is not required but we’d love it if you have some PHP experience as well.

Location
This is a remote position – our team is spread around the globe! Our home base is in Arizona, USA, so company operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5pm MST (UTC -7). While full coverage is not a requirement, you must be available during a portion of the day. If we need to sync up in real-time before you work on your project/tasks.
Requirements
– Personal Computer with (reliable) Internet Access
– Availability to participate in (bi-weekly) audio/video meetings between the hours 8 am – 5 pm PST
– Available for 40+ hours per week (this is a full-time position)
