React Native App Developer (iOS/Android) – Specializing in Journaling & Notifications

We are a forward-thinking company focused on creating mobile applications that enhance personal growth and self-awareness. We’re currently in the early stages of developing a new app aimed at providing users with a platform for journaling and personal encouragement. We’re in search of an enthusiastic Mobile App Developer who has experience in building journaling features and push notifications for both iOS and Android platforms.

We’d like to build using React Native/Flutter or Xamarin so that we can “build once, use on multiple platforms” for iOS and Android.

Responsibilities:

Design and build an intuitive journaling feature for the iOS and Android platforms.
Implement push notifications system to engage and motivate users.
Develop user account creation and login systems.
Implement in-app purchase system for users to upgrade their accounts.
Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.
Test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Develop cross platform.

Job Requirements:

Understands React Native, Flutter or Xamarin to create cross/platform app.
Proven software development experience and Android/iOS skills development using cross platform frameworks.
Have published at least one original Android/iOS app.
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Must have experience in developing journaling features and setting up push notifications.
Experience with in-app purchases and freemium app model.
Experience with user authentication systems.
