Senior Full Stack REACT Developer (REACT, NODEJS, MONDO DB tech stack)
Your Way Home is a real estate broker and mortgage company in the United States. We are looking for a REMOTE, full-time, permanent full stack (REACT, NODEJS, MONGO DB, AWS) developer for the technical design, implementation, coding, and deployment of projects related to our website featuring real estate and mortgage lending.

You will need to have excellent organizational skills, be familiar with setting up proper documentation processes and quality control reviews so that as we grow and add to the team that newer developers will be able to work effectively with your code.
We’re looking for someone that will stay with us as we expand and be able to train and manage more developers in the future. You must be able to take a well defined objective and craft the most efficient way to accomplish the task.
There are no legacy systems to learn or maintain, so you will have the opportunity to implement the most current and best of class practices and software tools.
Your tasks will range from front end development—building websites based on our graphic designer’s wire frame and design. As well as back end-projects such as working with large amounts of real estate data.
About the Role + Responsibilities:
Work with our UI designer to build and implement new websites.
Build end-to-end products and implement features that deliver a premium experience for our community.
Manage a modern development process from feature inception to production deployment.
Modify and test changes to previously developed programs.
Maintain and upgrade software following deployment.
Utilizing GITLab and Jira for project management.
Create high level design, review, and ensure code quality.
About You + Your Skills
5+ years of experience as a developer
Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Development languages: Very strong using REACT, NodeJS, Some PHP (legacy projects), Javascript/TypeScript, Mongo DB, GraphQL and Redis are a bonus, but not required.
Prefer experience with both NOSQL databases such as MongoDB.
We don’t require expertise in all areas, but expect you to provide reasons why your skillset can get the job done.
Front-end technology: Expertise in front-end technologies, including React JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries. Experience in Node JS.
Basic design ability: Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design, CSS, experience with content management systems.
Server: Experience working with cloud hosting platforms including Amazon AWS. S3, route53, preferred.
