We are seeking a Senior Onboarding and Automation Specialist with expertise in GoHighLevel to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of agency setups, A2P registration, and the design of effective automations and workflows. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our client onboarding processes and optimizing our internal systems to drive efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive onboarding procedures for new clients using GoHighLevel, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into our services.
Manage A2P (10DLC) registrations, facilitating seamless transitions and minimizing downtime for client operations.
Develop and refine automations and workflows within GoHighLevel to streamline operations and improve user experiences for both clients and team members.
Provide expert advice and training to both clients and internal teams on the optimal use of GoHighLevel features and capabilities.
Continuously monitor and update automations and workflows to align with evolving business needs and technological advancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and lead the implementation of these enhancements.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with GoHighLevel, particularly in agency setups, A2P registration, and automation implementation.
Strong background in creating and managing workflows and automations in a digital marketing or agency environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor others effectively.
