Key Responsibilities:

– Create effective and accurate distribution maps using mapping software (training provided).
– Conduct interviews with prospective distributors on a regular basis.
– Calculate bimonthly payments for team members and supervisors.
– Communicate job roles and requirements to team members and supervisors.
– Coordinate campaign requirements with clients.
– Schedule shifts for team members and supervisors.
– Resolve any issues that arise with campaignss by reorganizing teams and maps.
– Maintain a solution-oriented and proactive attitude, addressing challenges within our workforce.
– Organize client campaign materials.
– Tidy and sort files in our Dropbox storage system.
– Generate innovative ideas and contribute to the growth of the business by proposing better solutions.
– Fulfill additional tasks delegated by managers as needed.
