Matt is seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to help with various projects, including data processing, AI tool implementation, podcast management, website design, video editing, scheduling, marketing, social media management, and creative design.

**What We Offer:**
– **Part-Time Flexibility:** Initially, this role offers 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 40 hours based on your demonstrated value.
– **Diverse Projects:** You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in social impact research projects (helping leading global brands and non-profits with causes such as effective international aid & development, anti-racism, and more). You’ll also be involved in cutting-edge AI research implementation, managing a new podcast project in the domain of Jungian psychology and non-ordinary states, plus research into personality types using tools like MBTI, and creative testing and optimisation strategies.

**Your Responsibilities:**
As a VA on Matt’s team, you’ll wear many hats. Here’s a glimpse of some tasks you might tackle:
– Research projects
– Podcast management
– Social media
– Data analysis
– Project coordination
– Creative design
– Client and supplier communication
– Basic video editing
– Dashboards and KPIs
**Requirements:**
– **Adaptability:** Our projects span multiple industries, so being flexible and open to learning is essential.
– **Proactive Mindset:** We value individuals who constantly seek ways to optimize or improve processes and identify new streams of value for the company.
– **Self-Motivation:** As a remote worker, you’ll need to manage your time effectively and take the initiative – using free time to think of new ways to add value to the company.
– **Trustworthiness:** Some tasks require a high level of trust, so integrity is a must.
– **Accountability:** As we’re working in different time zones, we’ll need you to update us on what you’ve done each day through a daily progress update.
– **Tools:** Experience with Notion, Canva, Google Suite, Office Suite, and Adobe Premiere Elements are desirable but most of all we value quick learners.
– **Experience** 1-2 years experience minimum as a VA preferred, with demonstrated experience of the skills mentioned above.
