I wouldn’t be surprised if you have received a couple of these calls but I’m wondering if you would be interested in selling the property at (Street name)?

If NO-Commercial: Ok Great, I’m Not sure if you’re wondering how we got your number, but we were in Public Records and we saw that the property may be going through a change in ownership or something else. About 95% of the families we dealt with in the past were considering possibly selling, so we were just seeing if that’s the case here, or probably not?
