– Build and manage a pipeline of leads for real estate acquisitions
– Qualify leads and identify motivated sellers
– Set appointments for our acquisitions team
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
– Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in real estate cold calling or telemarketing
– Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and meet targets
– Familiarity with real estate terminology and market trends
– Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
– High level of motivation and self-discipline
