Real Estate Acquisition Agent

The main focus of the real estate acquisition agent is to produce purchase and sale agreements you will be supported on the front end by a strong lead generation team providing a consistent flow of leads. your main objective is to execute the sales process developed by the company prior or during and after each appointment. and to meet and exceed all performance metrics. This role requires a true relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills and who has focus on the hunt and close. You are result oriented and persistent and nothing gets in your way or deters you from closing a deal. You live for the sale and are a true deal closer. People skills, listening skills, relationship building skills, will be the key to success in this role. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Uphold and model Legacy Group’s Core Values and open mindedness, urgency, accountability, transparency, and innovation at all times.
– Meet all daily and weekly metrics for phone calls made, talk time, appointments completed, offers made and purchase and sale agreements obtained.
– Attend phone meetings on time that are booked for you by the inside sales teams and execute the sales process.
– Review your recorded phone appointments with the sales manager weekly for feedback, work role play for improvement.
– Consistently and accurately track all leads and appointments in CRM software.
– Meet with clients remotely.
– Assertive and Consistent follow up on all offers made to close deals.
– you will also be doing lead generation as well for the first month of working with the company.

The position starts at $3.00 USD Hr but every successful deal closed you get an additional .50 cents until $7.50 an Hour or $14,400 YR. There will also be pay bonuses.

Laptop or computer and headset with a microphone are needed.
