Real Estate Acquisition Lead Manager

Duties
– Qualify warm and colds Lead with prospective sellers.
– Verify property through Due Diligence with inspectors, local assistants, and real estate agents in Podio/REI Automated, Asana, and Slack.
– Acquiring property fieldwork, including communicating, scheduling, and gathering information from sellers and local resources (Real Estate agents for CMAs, inspectors, and assistants).
-Transition Property to Transaction Coordinator to close property through pre and post-close stages with title, escrow, and attorneys

Qualifications
• Start work ASAP.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and be very easy to understand.
• Frontload the training portion with heavy hours, and then back off the hours once you’re trained.
• A hard worker who rarely misses work
• Be motivated by Bonuses and willing to work hard to make themselves and the company profitable.
• Be able to watch tutorial videos and follow simple step-by-step instructions.
• Have a reliable, fast internet connection and backup power
• Have a quiet home office with a quality headset and webcam
