Are you a seasoned closer with a knack for sealing deals in the real estate wholesaling industry? Do you thrive under pressure and possess a deep understanding of creative financing? ????Experience Required:
????MUST: Have experience putting real estate wholesale transactions under contract.
????Minimum 3 Years Experience
????Creative Financing Knowledge: MUST understand creative financing methods (Seller Finance, Subject To, Novations, etc.). There is not a lot of time to teach these as we already have a deal
????Application Requirements: Must provide a voice memo and resume.
????Language Skills: English fluency is a must.
????Negotiation Experience: Must have experience with aggressive negotiations regarding property price.
????Team Collaboration: Work with our dispositions team to relay information back and forth.
????Calm Under Pressure: Stay composed and effective under high-pressure situations.
????Self-Starter: Must be proactive and able to work independently.

????Job Description:
Objective: Secure deals under contract and contribute to lead follow-up efforts to support our real estate wholesaling operations.

????Responsibilities:

????Deal Closing: Take charge of the closing process, negotiating and securing deals under contract with property sellers.
????Lead Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads through calls, emails, SMS, and ringless voicemails to nurture and convert them into deals.
?????Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms for the company and build rapport with property sellers.
?? Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
????Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing.
????Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for deal closures and lead conversion rates.

????Requirements:

?Experience: Minimum of 2 years of closing experience in real estate wholesaling.
? All In: You must be dedicated to excellence as the rest of our team is.
?Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
?Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
?Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems. We use Podio.
?Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
?Customer Focused: Strong customer service orientation with a desire to help clients.
?Resilient: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
