Real estate investment firm based in Melbourne FL is looking for an experienced Acquisitions Manager to join our team. Experience as an Acquisitions Manager is a plus but experience with any type of telephone sales will be considered as well.
The goal of the ideal candidate is to convert quality leads into profitable transactions through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of property/seller needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Receive/make calls from all avenues of marketing and evaluate all qualified leads.
2. Use scripts to qualify all leads.
3. Enter, maintain, track, and follow up with all Leads in Podio.
4. Report to and assist the Sales Manager by ensuring leads are properly qualified and offered.
5. Test and evaluate consumer responses to different negotiation tactics and scripts.
6. Actively seek referrals and introductions to networks of business owners.
7. Analyze properties, look at comparables, and determine offers.
8. Evaluate properties and get contracts with potential sellers to purchase their homes.
9. Pass on signed/ratified contracts to Closing Department.
10. Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the company.
11. Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for the job must be able to do the following;
1. Start work ASAP (as early as January 30th but no later than February 6th 2023)
2. Fluent in spoken and written English and be very easy to understand
3. Work the graveyard shift 11am to 8pm EST Monday to Friday with some Saturdays as needed.
4. A hard worker who almost never misses work
5. Be motivated by Salary + Commission and willing to work hard to make themselves and the company profitable.
6. Have experience with speaking to clients on the phone, zoom etc
7. Install TimeDoctor so we can track your work
8. Have a reliable, fast internet connection and backup power
9. Have a quiet home office with a quality headset and webcam (for Zoom calls)
10. Be able to watch tutorial videos and follow simple step by step instructions
