**Description:**
We are a rapidly growing real estate wholesaling business seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Acquisition Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals. This is a remote position with flexible hours.

**Responsibilities:**
1. **Relationship Building:** Establish rapport with motivated sellers and cultivate trusting relationships to facilitate smooth transactions.
2. **Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive analysis of property details, market trends, and comparables to determine the value and profitability of potential deals.
3. **Comparable Sales (Comps):** Run comparables to assess the market value of properties and determine appropriate offer prices.
4. **Offer Making:** Craft and present compelling offers to sellers, negotiating terms and pricing to secure contracts.
5. **Contract Management:** Handle all aspects of contract management, including drafting contracts, coordinating signatures, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
6. **Deal Closing:** Facilitate the closing process in collaboration with title companies, attorneys, and other relevant parties to finalize transactions smoothly.
7. **Communication:** Maintain transparent and open communication with sellers throughout the process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Must have clear English communication.

**Requirements:**
– Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate acquisition or a related field.
– Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
– Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation methods.
– Proficiency in using real estate analysis tools and software.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have clear English communication.
– Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business growth and success.

**Compensation:**
– Hourly pay: $6.00 per hour with the opportunity for a $2 raise after 6 months.
– Performance-based incentives: $50 bonus per signed contract and $200 incentive per closed deal.
