Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

The role will primarily be relied upon for taking incoming leads and converting them into sale-ready assets. A good percentage of the leads you will be working on have been pre-qualified by the Inbound Administrative Assistant which we have on staff. You will work closely with our Inbound Leads Manager to ensure a warm hand-off and for providing a top-notch experience for our customers. You will also be assigned territories to do outreach primarily to real estate agents aswell in addition to the warm leads that are provided for you.

Minimum Requirements

1 year of Sales experience
Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service Highly motivated and self-directed.
Strong customer service orientation.
Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project).
Laptop or computer and sufficient internet speed (please send speed test of internet speed when applying)
Responsibilities

Follow-up on given leads.
Weekly appointments with prospective sellers or business partners.
Successfully be able to close deals in an efficient manner.
Communicate effectively via phone, email, etc.
Foster and maintain excellent relationships.
Perform a desktop appraisal for properties
Generating of sales call associated with a property for sale.
Coordinate securing property, affixing lockbox, taking and posting photos, scheduling, and meeting with prospective buyers (Doesn’t need to be in person)
