Job Description

Looking for a Real Estate acquisition specialist!

We are a real estate investment company looking to buy, rent, and sell by building connections with real estate agents.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or the company. This position is a full-time position and training will be provided. There are possibilities for a raise based upon performance. We are 13th month friendly.

Hours are between 9am – 5pm PST Tuesday-Saturday

Position Overview:
Your role will consist of the following: to fill up the pipeline with agents to follow up on. Our team is focused on building relationships with real estate agents to get qualified seller leads that want to sell their property. This is a growing role so opportunities may open up as the company grows and needs change.
Adding lists to program
Starting text campaigns
Responding to text messages
Scheduling call appointments for the Acquisition Manager
finding and adding to the buyers list

Integrity – You are a good fit if you can be honest with the team. Open communication and honesty is critical to the company. If you run into problems or make a mistake, be upfront about it. We are a team and the only way for the team to grow is to learn from mistakes.

Commitment – We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship. If you are just looking for a few months of work or always looking for the next opportunity, this is not for you.

Desire to Learn – We are a small team. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new campaigns and challenges. If you are not excited about improving your skills or helping the team grow, this is not for you.

Requirements:
Computer with Home Internet (minimum speed 25mbps, depending on location, must be higher)
Microphone headset required and desktop computer preferred
Fluent in English and familiar with American Culture
Excellent communication skills and quick-witted.

Not Required/ Good to Have:
Experience with REI Reply (or similar texting program), Slack, Gmail and Excel
Real estate knowledge/experience
