We are looking for one full time real estate acquisition specialists who loves negotiations, is a closer in nature, and is familiar with wholesaling!

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue wholesale real estate opportunities in the assigned market(s).
* Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and other industry professionals.
* Conduct property research, analysis, and due diligence to assess investment potential.
* Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions from acquisition to closing.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a supportive work environment.
***YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CLOSE AT LEAST 3 WHOLESALE DEALS IN A MONTH TO BE ELIGIBLE TO CONTUNUE COLLABORATION!
Requirements:
* A true negotiator, and deal closer.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.
* Ability to put enough time per day to reach monthly targets.
* Tech savvy enough to work with CRMs, and computer software!
* Real Estate experience in acquisitions
* Real estate license is not required
