Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As an Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners and identify potential sellers who are motivated to sell their homes. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and the ability to leverage various tools and technologies to generate leads and manage the acquisition process effectively.
**Please note, we are seeing a part-time role only, 10-15 hours per week, at a rate of between $8-10 per hour plus bonuses.**
Responsibilities:
• Engage with homeowners through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages, to assess their motivation to sell their property.
• Utilize tools such as Google Voice, BatchLeads, and a power dialer to efficiently prospect and reach out to potential sellers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead details in a CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up.
• Conduct property research and analysis using platforms like Redfin and Zillow to gather information on potential acquisition targets and market trends.
• Develop and implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential sellers.
• Create compelling email templates and communication scripts to engage with homeowners and convey the value proposition of selling to our company.
• Utilize messaging platforms such as WhatsApp for seamless communication and relationship-building with homeowners.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to prioritize leads, assess property viability, and coordinate property inspections and evaluations.
• Stay informed about local market conditions, property values, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize lead generation efforts.
• Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and acquisition pipeline status to management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions with a strong track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
• Proficiency in using Google Voice, BatchLeads, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and power dialer software.
• Familiarity with real estate platforms such as Redfin and Zillow for property research and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
• Experience creating and managing email campaigns, templates, and follow-up sequences.
• Knowledge of messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Slack
