The Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist is responsible for contacting leads of homeowners who are interested in selling their homes and negotiating a price to purchase the home off-market. The role combines sales and negotiation skills with exceptional customer service to provide our clients with unrivaled service.
Summary of Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to warm leads provided to you to establish the homeowner’s motivation for selling, timeline and asking price.
– Determine the level of interest by building rapport, sharing the value of our service, and overcoming objections.
– Capture detailed information on the property, such as the condition of the home to assist in the valuation of the property.
– Using our pricing method, calculate an offer range for the property and present an offer to the homeowner to purchase the property.
– Negotiate and agree a purchase price and closing date with the homeowner.
– Capture all necessary information to request a purchase contract to be sent for the property.
– Proactively manage your pipeline of prospects, maintaining frequent contact with short-term and long-term opportunities.
– Always deliver exceptional service and act as the first point of contact for homeowners.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Must have excellent spoken English
– Minimum 2+ years’ experience of real estate acquisitions with a real estate wholesaler
– Excellent communication and influencing skills; verbal and written
– Proficiency in MS Office
– You must have a computer and good home internet
– This is a full-time position, working in US Eastern Time
