Real Estate Acquisitions Opener

Prospects —> Opportunities. The Opener is who speaks to the Opportunities and determines to see if it is Qualified or not as well as following up. This position is right before the Closer, who gets the deal locked up. The job requires speaking on the phone daily to Sellers. We are looking for a disciplined individual who is looking to grow with us and become better, as well as have the hunger/obsession to become the best.

This is a position that will require self-motivation and discipline daily. We work from 9AM to 6:30PM Eastern Standard Time. Everyone is entitled to a one hour break from 12PM to 1PM. The days we work are from Monday through Friday. For you who are reading this, please understand that this is not a job… it is a career. EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED but it is essential to understand that you will need to show work ethic and the desire to be with us. We are a Team-Based company that operates through synergy. The ideal applicant is communicative, confident, talkative, and has a ton of energy along with active listening skills.

We pay a fixed salary every 1st and 15th along with commissions based off Tiers. The salary is also subject to raises based off Time and development. Our goal is to train you and have you become better through time. However, make no mistake, we are looking for only Quality over Quantity. Energy is the most important skill as it is a graveyard shift for you.

Applicants will not be considered unless these Tangibles have been fully met. At the end of the day, it is an investment for your career and is to be taken very seriously. The requirements for this job include a laptop/desktop with a built in camera, fast and workable internet speed that does not cause any issues, and lastly, noise-cancellation headphones that do not have any sound interference. The competence to understand the importance behind this is the most essential thing for this position.
