Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring investment opportunities that align with our company’s objectives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct market research to identify potential investment properties.
-Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate agents.
-Reach out to potential sellers to inquire about property listings via phone call, SMS, or email.
-Receive incoming calls from property owners interested in selling.
-Evaluate properties, financial documents, and comparables to determine investment potential.
-Work closely with sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
-Negotiate and structure property acquisitions to secure favorable terms.
-Close deals with property sellers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
-Collaborate with the team to complete due diligence and transaction processes.
-Maintain the CRM system to track and manage leads, contacts, and deal progress.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in real estate acquisitions or any sales related role.
-Strong knowledge of real estate investment is a plus, but not required.
-Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
-Experience in using Salesforce or other related CRMs.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
