Our real estate firm is seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist with strong communication and organization skills. We are seeking someone who is fluent in English, possesses sufficient computer skills, is a good listener, and has excellent time management abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Sending text blasts to potential leads
• Responding to and qualifying leads via SMS
• Classifying categorizing leads
• Keeping lead management system organized
• Scheduling follow-up appointments with potential clients
• Communicating with the team on leads and status updates
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English with proper grammar usage
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Teachable and willing to learn new skills
• Experience with Google Drive
• Exceptional time management abilities
• Good listener with strong organizational skills
• Ability to make good decisions under pressure
• Goes above and beyond, not just the bare minimum
• Experience in real estate or sales preferred, but not required
Schedule/Time
• You will be expected to work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• We are flexible with scheduling, but the hours must be worked consecutively from 8am-5pm EST
• Working night shift is required for this role
