Who we are looking for?

We are currently seeking to hire a well-spoken and go-getter ACQUISITIONS SPECIALIST with excellent communication skills to successfully close deals with the sellers and a relevant leadership experience to drive and lead a team.

Main Responsibilities

– Acquiring Deals
**Evaluating qualified leads from the Lead Generator team and approving appointments for the photographer;
**Scheduling the photographer on the calendar to go out and take pictures of the property;
**Conducting final analysis of the deal with pictures of condition and making an offer to the seller;
**Negotiating with the seller if necessary to get the best price possible;
**Signing contract of sale with seller and introducing seller to the Transaction Coordination Team;

– Management of the Acquisitions Team
**Setting daily goals for callers/sales people to accomplish;
**Supporting callers/sales people and making sure they are working the leads;
**Reviewing performance of callers/sales people to make sure they are performing well;
**Evaluating the quality of the leads at the end of the week; and
**Performing other related tasks as may be instructed by the CEO;

Salary offer: You will receive a base salary of $3 to 6/hour depending on qualifications. The commission structure below is on top of the base salary.

Commission structure:
For every closed deal = $100
10 closes in a month you will receive a bonus of $500
20 closes in a month you will receive a bonus of $1000

Training period is for two weeks. Once the training period is over, we will decide based on your performance if we will continue your employment.

–Excellent sales, leadership,, communication and negotiation skills
–Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in closing deals
–Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Qualifications
–Related work experience as a Rockstar Cold Caller/Acquisitions Representative in the Real Estate Industry
–Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools; Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
