We are a fast growing company that flips real estate here in and around central Indiana. We are passionate about building a creative, upbeat, exciting environment for anyone that works with us. We see this as less of an employment and more of a partnership. We here at Steinhaus believe in radical transparency; this ultimately means we keep each other accountable and when we are doing something wrong or could do something better, we want you to tell us. We will do the same! We currently work with 4 other VA’s in total and we have an acquisition manager named Nicole as well.

About the position

Being an admin/ Operations coordinator will be the first and most important role, we are looking for someone willing to learn and grow with us!

– Handle Transaction Coordination, this includes opening escrow, filing paperwork, setting up inspections, setting up appointments, setting closing dates, keeping info up to date in our CRM, communicating with project managers and talking to sellers and setting up utilities!
– Cold Calling with commission added on top of salary
– Pulling lists from propstream for marketing data.
– Organizing Cold Calling Lists
– Creating marketing campaigns and tracking KPI’s

Requirements:
– Transaction coordination experience
– Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
– Recent history in a real estate related job
– Radical Transparency
– Ability to learn quickly

Knowledge/Experience
– Podio CRM experience preferred
– Calltools experience preferred
– Propstream experience preferred
– Real estate experience preferred
