Our Operations Manager supports the owner of the team in every aspect of processing real estate files and transactions. Great verbal and written communication skills are a must. This position supports a fast-paced, highly collaborative group.
Our Operations Manager is also an individual who relishes the opportunity to implement and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision and is extremely detail-oriented with a passion for perfectionism. Our Operations Manager is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, accountability, and consistent communication. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted, as well as the ability to stay calm amongst urgent matters.

Responsibilities:
? Manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
? Runs Monday Level 10 Meetings
? Hires, Fires, and Bonuses company employees
? Keeps team on track
? Handles company quarterly reviews
? Manage contractors and vendors
? Manage runners
? Consistently search new efficient systems to implement and leverage when warranted
? Coordinate and confirm daily appointments and maintain office calendar
? Consistent customer care and client and team appreciation
? Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books and generating financial
reports

? Listing management operations and coordination
? Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
? Manage social media presence and email marketing
? Daily verbal communication with clients throughout the selling process, answering questions and
educating all parties (as needed)
? Real Estate transactional implementation and management (when applicable)
? Consistent collaboration with Marketing, Accounting, Transaction Coordination, and
Administration
? Assist Acquisitions Manager and team with deadlines and important dates
? Any and all communication with Real Estate Agents
? Curate customer database
? Maintaining and coordinating multiple calendars.
? Monitoring and meeting tight deadlines.
? Prioritizing tasks.
? Database management.
? Coordinating with clients and vendors.
? Maintaining and meeting active task-lists.
? Maintain accurate records.
? Maintain and develop vendor resources.
? Follow best business practices
? Respond quickly to questions in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
