As an admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate business with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations
**Requirements**
– Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
– Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Reliable internet connection
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to -**
Data Entry:
– Funnel new contacts into CRM
– Update any contact notes in CRM
– Input weekly numbers into appropriate spreadsheets
Social Media:
– Create marketing graphics within Canva for Just Sold, Coming Soon, Live, Offer Accepted, Team Announcements, Open Houses and more
– Engage on Social Media
Emails:
– Delete and unsubscribe to any irrelevant/spam mail daily
– Send emails to clients updating them throughout the selling and/or buying process
– Create and send monthly Mailchimp newsletters
Misc:
– Oversee transaction paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance
– Upload documents to CRM
– Create new transaction documents and retain necessary signatures
– Communicate effectively to all parties involved in a transaction at the necessary times
– Organize and maintain digital files
