Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage and maintain various digital platforms and communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of real estate operations and digital communication tools, ensuring smooth and efficient business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to filter and upload property listings onto platforms like Reisift, Readymode, and Smartphone.
Manage the REIReply texting platform, including sorting messages from leads to determine their potential and forwarding appropriate leads to the acquisition team.
Engage with new followers on Instagram, send introductory texts, and maintain active communication with respondents to build our personal brand presence.
Monitor and ensure the health of Readymode lists, functionality of phone numbers, and effectiveness of all marketing forms.
Troubleshoot and maintain system operations to ensure all platforms are running effectively.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong familiarity with real estate platforms such as Reisift, Readymode, and Smartphone.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in managing social media accounts.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
