EK Estates is a land investment company focused on buying and selling rural land all throughout the US. We are currently looking for an admin assistant to help keep us organized and create our marketing lists.
This role is for part time to full time work at $4/hr mostly in Asia time zone.

About
As our Real Estate Admin Assistant you will be responsible for researching properties, putting together marketing lists in excel, and uploading those lists to our marketing platforms. You will work closely with our Data Analyst who will train you on the role activities and requirements. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will largely be spent researching and collecting data through a variety of research. The ideal candidate is one who has high attention to detail and comfortable working with data.
This is a part time to full time remote position that you can perform at home on mostly Asia hours (with some overlap). We will train the right candidate on all of the necessary skills to carry out this role. Some real estate experience is a plus but not required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Initial qualification of properties
Compiling lists of data in Excel and Google Sheets
Regular communication with our Data Analyst
Administrative tasks (scheduling, file management, etc.)
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
Not Requirements, But a Plus:
Knowledge of the following software: Slack, , Pipedrive
Real Estate experience is a plus
