About Tyka and Expectations:

The work the Admin Director(AD)/Transaction Coordinator(TC) does will be representing Tyka Real Estate as a company, representing the wholesale real estate industry and most importantly the AD/TC as him or her self. It is more important for a project to be done efficiently rather than perfectly. Requiring the company core values: Integrity, Client Obsession, Accountability, and Keep Moving Forward when times get tough. The AD/TC must have a desire to grow personally and in the Business. Rapid growth is happening for this company and is a work in progress. The work and processes used may not describe each exact step that is needed to complete a task and will be reconstructed along the way to an optimal version, as time moves on the processes will solidify to clear plans of action. First 2 weeks is On-Boarding Introduction with what Tyka Real Estate stands for then focusing on educational materials and training exercises. Someone will be available to help through the On-Boarding Process for any questions or help and even after the first 2 weeks. The pay will begin at $3.25USD per hour and range around $530-600USD a month. Time worked will be paid for every 10th and 25th of the month. Work schedule will be 40 hours a week and is Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm Central Time in United States with a 30 minute lunch break.

Job Summary: Having various roles with duties can include being a Transaction Coordinator: Managing all parties and documentation just before the start date to shortly after the end date of a real estate transaction with many important tasks that are able to be completed with step-by-step instructions. Company Secretary: Receiving and sending information to and from Sellers, Buyers, and Third parties. Scheduling appointments with Clients, Buyers, and Third parties. Stop. Like the engine of car, without you, we can’t start. Bookkeeper: Accounting for all expenses and income. Generating reports for identifying the Company’s periodical growth and future financial projections. Buyer Acquisitions: Outbound reach via call/text to potential investors/buyers who are actively buying in Oklahoma then recording their information to send them future real estate investment properties. Online Marketing Manager: Displaying public awareness for the excellent service provided to Clients and acknowledging Third Parties that reciprocated the Tyka Real Estate culture in return.

Required Skills: English proficiency must be at B2 (Independent User). Need to have a well-versed English vocabulary for understanding instructional operating guides and a progressing American accent for talking to people. MUST be open to learning new processes and be open to asking questions or for help. Most Importantly holding and raising the following standards: punctual a job well and to the best of your knowledge 3. respectful to yourself and others even if they are not always respectful to you with time worked with everybody, especially those involved in a transaction in a reasonable amount of time.
