As a real estate administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to real estate agents and brokers, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. You will assist with various tasks related to property transactions, client communication, marketing, and general office management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on property listings.
Assist in coordinating real estate transactions, including preparing and distributing documents, obtaining signatures, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Input and update property listings in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database and other online platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Assist with marketing efforts, including preparing promotional materials, creating property flyers, and managing social media accounts to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the buying and selling process.
Maintain client databases and records, organizing information and ensuring data integrity for efficient retrieval and use.
Conduct market research and analysis to assist real estate agents in pricing properties, identifying investment opportunities, and staying informed about market trends.
Education and Work Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in Real Estate/Property Management, preferably in the real estate industry Australia.
Proficiency in MRI Software and PropertyMe Software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of real estate laws and procedures is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-oriented approach.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures is desirable.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
