Hiring for : Real Estate Administration – Business Systems Operator

Introduction:

We require two BSOs (Business Systems Operators) for LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property, a real estate agency in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. The job is to provide efficient and accurate data processing / support to the sales department, clients and conveyancers. You will work Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours 9-5 with a one hour lunch break, Monday to Friday. You will need strong written and spoken English skills.

Position: BSO (Business Systems Operator)
Reports to: Systems Manager

Essential Qualifications/Requirements of the Position:

– Excellent communication skills including the capacity to liaise effectively with wide range of clients
– An understanding of the need to provide excellence in service
– Competent technology & computer skills including Trello, Office XP Professional, Microsoft Word & Excel plus a willingness to learn a Real Estate CRM
– Accurate administrative abilities, efficiency / organizational skills & time management
-The ability to work as part of a team, but also autonomously

Primary Tasks:

– Answering incoming calls and enquiries
– Monitoring and responding to email enquiry
– Attend meetings via Zoom as requested
– Develop a week in progress and communicate to the sales team
– Enter all open homes into our Move software and remotely print the required open home documents
– Process new listings by following the appropriate checklist
– Process new contracts by following the appropriate checklist
– Receipt all deposits received via direct deposit into the Sales Trust Account by following the appropriate checklist
– Process all incoming advertising payments into the office via cheque, cash or direct deposit
– Process confirmed contracts by following the appropriate checklist
– Process settlement contracts by following the appropriate checklist including disbursement of funds
– Process withdrawn contracts by following the appropriate checklist
– Process price changes by following the appropriate checklist
– Process any changes to sales properties in Move as instructed by the agents
– Other sales team and admin support as directed

You will receive appropriate training for the role.

Salary: AUD $1100-$1300 a month
