Core Responsibilities:
– Daily Management: Oversee our Trello Inbox and Follow Up Boss communications, ensuring responsiveness and accuracy in client interactions and data logging.
– Operational Support: Regularly update RMLS searches, utilities for tenants, and compile market analysis data, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our real estate operations.
– Vendor and Project Coordination: Spearhead vendor communication, maintain our vendor list, and assist with project-based tasks including the development of SOPs and contractor coordination.
– Content and Community Engagement: Keep the Living Loving Realty blog fresh and engaging, and explore future marketing and sales support roles to contribute to our community presence.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace, Trello, Follow Up Boss, and Airtable
– Bonus Skills: Canva, Metricool, MLS
– A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to work independently.
Work Arrangement:
– Remote position with flexible scheduling options, primarily within Monday to Friday, 9-5 PST. Initial commitment of 10 hours per week with potential for expansion.
