Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide support to our Marketing and Finance departments. As a General Virtual Assistant, you will primarily focus on Marketing administration tasks, including data management, CRM management, research, and any other tasks assigned by the Marketing department. Additionally, you will handle various bookkeeping responsibilities, such as weekly bank account reconciliation, monthly profit and loss statements (P&L), updating QuickBooks weekly and monthly, updating budget spreadsheets, and other finance-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
– Perform marketing administrative tasks, including data management, CRM management, and research as needed.
– Provide support to the Marketing department by executing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
– Assist in data entry, document formatting, and generating reports as required.
– Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather information on industry trends.
– Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
– Handle bookkeeping duties such as weekly bank account reconciliation and updating QuickBooks.
– Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements and assist with financial reporting.
– Maintain budget spreadsheets and monitor expenses.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
– Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on tasks and progress.
– Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as needed by the Marketing and Finance departments.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
– Proficient in data management, CRM systems, and research techniques.
– Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and experience with QuickBooks.
– Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting processes.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
– Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and financial tasks.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
– Real estate industry experience is a plus.
– Availability to work 40 hours per week, from 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Compensation:
– Hourly rate of $3-4, with approved overtime (OT) and paid time off (PTO) days.
