About Us:
We are a dynamic real estate investment firm specializing in land acquisitions. We’re looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for real estate, especially in land analysis and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Data Scrubbing & Skip Tracing: Utilize various tools to organize data for marketing and acquisitions.
– E-mail Management: Efficiently manage all incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring crucial communications are prioritized and potential deals are entered into our CRM.
– Scheduling: Maintain the company calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
– Lead Management: Utilize our CRM (AirTable) to manage and track new, existing, and potential clients, ensuring accurate follow-up dates and thorough documentation of interactions.
– Inbound Lead Handling: Address all inbound communications, gathering essential information for lead qualification.
– General Administrative Tasks: Undertake various administrative duties including document management and responding to general inquiries.
Market/Property Analysis: Analyze Zillow/Redfin to create comp sheets for land properties, identifying values and trends for investment decisions.
Follow-Up on Leads: Specifically manage lead ensuring additional information is acquired to move forward with potential deals.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a real estate administrative role, preferably with a focus on land acquisitions.
– Strong analytical skills with experience in creating and managing comp sheets for real estate, particularly land.
– Proficiency in CRM software, ideally AirTable, and document management tools like Dropbox.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
