Job Description

????Overview:
????We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of extensive experience in the US real estate industry and a solid understanding of the Matrix system. The role involves managing real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and providing exceptional customer service to clients, agents, title companies, lenders, homeowner associations, and others.

????Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities:
????Oversee and manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
????Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate a smooth process.
????Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, addendums, and disclosures accurately and promptly.
????Utilize the Matrix system proficiently to input, update, and manage listings, schedules, and transaction details.
????Schedule and coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
????Act as a liaison between clients, agents, title companies, and escrow officers to resolve any issues or concerns arising during the transaction process.
????Maintain organized transaction files and records, ensuring all documentation is complete and complies with regulatory standards.

????Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:
????Coordinate appointments and presentations
????Prepare listing presentations and all paperwork
????Prepare buyer consultation packets
????Create new listing presentations based on other successful formats

????Multiple Listing Service:
????Run comparable lists for buyers and sellers. Instructions will be specific.

????Track business
????Excel reports on production, budget vs. actual, measure results against business plan

????Requirements:
????Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the US real estate industry, specifically in transaction coordination.
????Strong familiarity and proficiency with the Matrix MLS system and other real estate software. Preferably 3-5 years.
????In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and legal processes.
????Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
????Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
????Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation.
????Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
????Excel and Google Docs savvy
????Great typing skills: fast and accurate.
????Must be willing to work the Graveyard shift.
????C2 level English Mastery
